Day 1 — 12 November 2027
Fly from Brisbane to Kathmandu via Singapore Airlines.
Late evening arrival and transfer to our hotel.
Day 2
Half-day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu, exploring its fascinating temples, markets and UNESCO World Heritage sites.
Day 3
Drive via Besisahar and Bulbhule before continuing to Dharapani (1,860m), where our trek begins.
Day 4
Trek to Chame (2,685m).
Day 5
Trek to Upper Pisang (3,475m).
Day 6
Trek to Ngawal (3,650m
Trek to Manang (3,535m). Afternoon free to explore and acclimatise.
Day 8
Trek to Khangshar (3,756m).
Day 9
Trek to Tilicho Base Camp (4,150m).
Day 10
Early morning climb to magnificent Tilicho Lake (4,919m) before descending to Shree Kharka (4,080m).
Day 11
Trek to Ledar (4,200m).
Day 12
Trek to High Camp (4,800m).
Day 13
Cross the spectacular Thorong La Pass (5,416m) before descending to the sacred town of Muktinath (3,800m).
Day 14
Drive to beautiful Pokhara.
Day 15
Free day to relax and explore Pokhara.
Day 16
Drive back to Kathmandu.
Day 17
Free day for shopping or sightseeing before your late evening flight home.

Is This Trek For You?
This is a challenging but achievable trek designed for fit, active walkers.
You'll walk between 5 and 8 hours on most trekking days while steadily gaining altitude. No technical climbing experience is required, but a good level of fitness and preparation will greatly enhance your enjoyment.
Our carefully planned itinerary includes acclimatisation days to maximise your chances of safely reaching both Tilicho Lake and Thorong La Pass.
